Evenings at The Puhu Restaurant invite guests to slow down and savour a thoughtfully curated dining experience inspired by flavour, culture, and place. A Journey of Flavours presents a rotating themed buffet, available daily from 6.30 PM to 9.30 PM, designed to take diners through diverse culinary traditions in a relaxed and elegant setting.

Set within the tranquil highlands of Payangan, the restaurant offers sweeping forest views and an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. Each evening unfolds at an unhurried pace, allowing guests to explore a variety of dishes while enjoying the calm rhythm of Ubud’s natural surroundings. Enhancing the experience, a graceful Balinese Joged Dance performance is presented nightly, adding an authentic cultural touch to the dining journey.

On Mondays, Taste of Asia brings together signature dishes inspired by the rich and diverse food cultures of Korea, Japan, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and China. Bold spices, refined techniques, and balanced flavours come together in a celebration of Asia’s culinary heritage.

Midweek, Forest BBQ & Grill transforms the dining experience into a celebration of fire and flavour. Expertly grilled selections, artisanal marinades, and subtle smoky notes define the menu, drawing inspiration from the surrounding forest landscape and creating a warm, satisfying evening rooted in nature.

Saturdays are dedicated to Soul of Nusantara, a heartfelt tribute to Indonesia’s culinary diversity. Timeless regional classics from across the archipelago take centre stage, honouring traditional recipes, local ingredients, and the cultural depth of Nusantara cuisine.
