Beginning September 2025, international arrivals will experience a digital leap forward with the All Indonesia App, the country’s newest gateway designed to replace multiple paper forms with a single scan.

A New Era at the Border

The app is the government’s bold move toward smarter travel. For years, passengers were asked to fill in separate forms for customs, health, and immigration. Now, those steps live inside one streamlined platform — turning the once-tedious arrival process into a faster, paperless flow. “All Indonesia is part of our transformation to create faster, safer, and more human-centered immigration services,” shares the Directorate General of Immigration.

Where It Starts

From September 1, 2025, the app becomes mandatory at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International, Bali’s Ngurah Rai International, Surabaya’s Juanda International, and six Batam seaports. Just a month later, on October 1, 2025, the rule extends nationwide — covering all airports, ports, and land borders across the archipelago.

How It Works

Travelers simply download the app via Play Store, App Store, or visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Declarations can be completed up to three days before arrival, with instant verification once submitted. A personal QR code is generated, ready to be shown at immigration checkpoints. Families or groups can submit together, with just one lead traveler showing the code at inspection.
