This year’s Independence Day celebration promises to be unforgettable with a unique collaboration featuring Hatten Wine, a proudly local Balinese wine. Guests can look forward to thoughtfully paired wine selections to complement iconic Indonesian dishes such as siomay, gado-gado, soto daging, bebek timbungan, rahang tuna bakar, and a gorengan station.
