Celebrated for its modern and expressive interpretation of Korean cuisine, Jinjoo Jakarta has quickly built a reputation for reimagining classic flavors through thoughtful technique, premium ingredients, and contemporary presentation. For this special occasion, the Jakarta based team collaborates with Chef Budha of Tangelo Bali, whose culinary philosophy centers on seasonality, balance, and refined simplicity.
Together, the two kitchens present an eight course set menu designed as a seamless culinary journey.
