Oliverra Tables Returns with a Mediterranean Soirée Merging French Elegance

Set against the cliffs of Ungasan, Oliverra Tables returns with a new story — one told through French artistry, Mediterranean warmth, and a menu that celebrates collaboration in every course.

Oliverra Tables is back at Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, with an enticing culinary event that artfully blends the sun-drenched elegance of the French Riviera with the enchanting spirit of the Mediterranean. This continuation of culinary storytelling will take place on Friday, 14 November 2025, at the resort's signature Mediterranean restaurant, Oliverra.

Renowned Chef Stéphane Simond will lead the evening, showcasing his modern and heartfelt take on French cuisine. “Oliverra Tables is all about uniting creative minds in one kitchen,” says Ngurah Putra, Executive Chef at Umana Bali. “This edition transcends mere flavors, fostering connection and collaboration between the subtleties of French elegance and the generous essence of Mediterranean culinary traditions.”

Guests will begin their journey on the Oliverra Deck, where curated cocktails and light aperitivo await, perfectly set against a breathtaking sunset. The main event unfolds in the Oliverra Restaurant with a six-course tasting menu complemented by live violin music, enhancing the experience.

Each dish reflects the chefs' shared philosophy, blending French techniques, Mediterranean richness, and Balinese influences. Culinary highlights include Monegasque Blue Fin Tuna Belly, Spiedini di Calamari, and Wagyu Mille-Feuille, culminating in a delightful Citrus & Hazelnut Brioche Tart.

The Oliverra Tables: Mediterranean Soirée invites diners to savor an evening where culture and cuisine intersect. Dinner is priced at IDR 1,700,000++ per person (food only), or indulge in the full pairing experience at IDR 2,500,000++ per person.
