Designed as a surprise tasting experience, the Paris Meets Bali menu unfolds through either four or six culinary stopovers, allowing diners to fully surrender to the rhythm of the evening as each dish is revealed in sequence. The concept celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and a thoughtful approach to local flavors, resulting in a dining experience that feels immersive and intentional.

Each course reflects a dialogue between classical French culinary heritage and Balinese influence, presented with precision yet warmth. The menu emphasizes balance and seasonality, offering guests a refined exploration of flavor without excess, perfectly suited to the calm and natural surroundings of Ubud.

Adding to the ambience, evenings at Kokokan are enhanced by Kokokan Apéritif and Sunset Melody, a live music session held every Friday from 6.00 PM to 7.30 PM. Soft melodies accompany handcrafted cocktails and light bites, creating an elegant setting as sunset fades into night.

Guests may choose between two tasting formats. The four stopover menu features one appetizer, one fish course, one meat course, and one dessert, priced at IDR 1,000,000++.
