Padma Resort Legian begins the year with a refined culinary moment as SKAI Bar & Grill launches a new Sunday brunch series built around chef collaborations, seasonal flavors, and relaxed beachfront elegance.

Welcoming the start of 2026, SKAI Bar & Grill at Padma Resort Legian introduces an exciting annual culinary program designed to evolve throughout the year. The new SKAI Sunday Brunch series brings together respected culinary figures for rotating collaborations, offering guests a reason to return and rediscover the oceanfront restaurant through fresh perspectives and thoughtful menus.
Opening the series is SKAI Sunday Brunch ft. LYD Group, taking place on Sunday, 11 January 2026. Building on the popularity of SKAI Brunch during the festive season, this first edition presents an elevated Mediterranean inspired experience led by Chef Jeremy Blezynski, Group Director of Culinary at LYD Group.
Guided by the theme Flame, Fresh, Mediterranean, the brunch invites guests to enjoy bottomless a la carte dining that highlights open fire techniques, gentle smoke, and wood fired flavors. The menu celebrates vibrant Mediterranean ingredients prepared with refined yet approachable craftsmanship, using fresh locally sourced produce that aligns with SKAI’s relaxed coastal character.

True to the venue’s oceanfront lifestyle, the brunch unfolds in an easygoing yet stylish atmosphere. Interactive moments with the chefs add a personal touch, while a four hour live DJ performance with saxophone accompaniment sets a laid back rhythm for the afternoon.
The experience is further elevated by a curated cocktail selection inspired by the Mediterranean coast, featuring herb infused gin spritzers, citrus and olive oil martinis, and sparkling sangria with seasonal fruits.
Chef Jeremy is joined by SKAI’s home chef, Chef Samuel Barus, whose fifteen years of professional experience include formative years at Padma Resort Legian. Together, they aim to deliver a brunch experience that balances technique, creativity, and comfort.
Throughout 2026, SKAI Bar & Grill will continue to collaborate with acclaimed chefs and culinary personalities, shaping a dynamic brunch series that evolves with every edition.
