Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort Hosts A Night of Purpose, Raising IDR 500 Million for Bali Life Foundation

In an evening defined by generosity and refined French-inspired hospitality, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort brought together philanthropists, partners, and community leaders for a charity gala that successfully raised IDR 500,000,000 to support the Bali Life Foundation. The elegant four-hour affair blended fine dining, artful performances, and heartfelt storytelling, creating a memorable night that celebrated impact and compassion.

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort reaffirmed its commitment to community empowerment through An Evening of Elegance and Empathy, a charity gala that brought together more than 170 guests in support of the Bali Life Foundation. Hosted at the Kecak Ballroom on Friday, 14 November 2025, the event succeeded in raising IDR 500,000,000, contributing directly to education, shelter, and development programs for underprivileged children and families across Bali and Indonesia.

From 6 PM to 10 PM, guests were welcomed into a curated experience that highlighted both luxury and heartfelt purpose. The evening featured a four-course dinner paired with free-flow beverages and wines, complemented by live performances that elevated the mood. Acclaimed news anchor Togi Sinaga led the fundraising auction, while musical entertainment came from the Lydia Rose Quartet and a DJ set by Yotta. A touching highlight was a traditional Balinese performance presented by the children of Bali Life Foundation, following an inspiring opening message by the organization’s Director, Mr. Piter Panjaitan.

The gala’s auction and raffle segment garnered enthusiastic participation, with bids placed on premium experiences such as nights at prestigious Sofitel hotels in Bangkok, Australia, Singapore, and a three-night stay at the Presidential Villa at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Guests’ contributions throughout the night played a key role in achieving the final donation total.
