At the heart of this year’s collection is an ancient tale of two lovers separated by distance, each holding one half of a divided hairpin as a promise of their eventual reunion. Beneath the Mid-Autumn moon, they are brought together again, reflecting the spirit of a festival deeply rooted in homecoming, connection, and the bonds that remain strong across time and distance.
Echoing this meaningful story, the collection’s packaging reimagines the hairpin as a symbol of devotion and promises fulfilled. Adorned with the presence of a celestial goddess and the glow of the full moon, the design captures the beauty of reunion and the sense of completeness found when loved ones gather around the table. As seen in the visual presentation on page 1, the collection is presented with delicate floral illustrations, elegant mooncake displays, and refined gifting details that reflect the timeless sophistication of Raffles Jakarta.
Presented in a selection of elegant gift boxes, the collection is designed for both personal celebrations and thoughtful gifting. The Raffles Moonlight Box, featuring six mooncakes, is available at IDR 1,288,000 nett per box, while the Raffles Autumn Box, featuring four mooncakes, is available at IDR 988,000 nett per box.
Guests may choose from a classic collection of flavours including Black Sesame, Traditional Mung Bean, White Lotus and Double Egg Yolk, Dates with Pecan Nuts and Mandarin Lotus, and Red Bean Paste with Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds. For those who prefer a more contemporary expression of the tradition, the Snowskin Collection offers modern flavours such as Irish Coffee, Mango Pomelo, Pistachio Chocolate, and White Chocolate Champagne, presented in an elegant four-piece box priced at IDR 858,000 nett.
