Hendrick’s Gin introduces Another Hendrick’s in Bali, unveiling its first new permanent expression in nearly a decade through an intimate celebration of flavor, imagination, and the unexpected.
Hendrick’s Gin has always lived in a world slightly beyond the ordinary. Known for its unusual infusion of rose and cucumber, the brand now invites curious drinkers to discover another side of its character with the arrival of Another Hendrick’s, its first new permanent addition in nearly a decade.
This new expression brings together bright orange blossom and silky-smooth cacao, creating a flavor profile that feels both familiar and intriguingly different. Rather than replacing the original Hendrick’s Gin, Another Hendrick’s offers a new perspective on the brand’s signature world, where classic botanicals meet unexpected imagination.
Crafted by Hendrick’s Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, Another Hendrick’s was born from a creative challenge: creating a gin with cacao. Inspired by her love of chocolate and the botanical hothouse at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace on the rugged Scottish coast, Gracie spent years exploring how cacao and orange blossom could come together in perfect balance. The result is a spirit layered with depth, a gentle hint of sweetness, and a fresh citrus lift, while still carrying Hendrick’s iconic rose and cucumber foundation.
In Indonesia, this new chapter begins with immersive experiences in Bali and Jakarta under the spirit of Rediscover Hendrick’s, Discover Another Hendrick’s. Bali served as the prelude to the Jakarta debut, introducing Another Hendrick’s through an intimate gin-pairing dinner and celebration at Santanera, the acclaimed restaurant and bar in Canggu.
Set within a private dining experience, the evening offered guests a first glimpse into Anotherland, a world designed to reveal another side of Hendrick’s through composed flavors, unexpected notes, and thoughtful rituals. Guests were guided through the Another Hendrick’s discovery experience by Alexis Sang, Hendrick’s Gin Brand Ambassador for Southeast Asia, who introduced the distinctive characters of both Hendrick’s Original and Another Hendrick’s Gin.
The evening continued with a gin-pairing dinner crafted by Andrés Becerra, Chef and Co-Founder of Santanera Bali. More than a simple pairing of food and cocktails, the experience reflected Hendrick’s belief that the most memorable discoveries are often found just beyond the familiar.
With its aromatic marriage of cacao beans and orange blossom, Another Hendrick’s opens a new sensory dimension for cocktail lovers. Deliciously rich, smooth, and refreshingly unexpected, it can be enjoyed with tonic or through the brand’s signature Another Hendrick’s Spritz.
The Bali launch marks the beginning of Another Hendrick’s journey in Indonesia, inviting curious consumers to explore a different perspective of the beloved gin. From 13 to 14 June, guests at Santanera are invited to enjoy a complimentary Sgroppino Sorbet and Hendrick’s cocktail tasting from 6 PM to 8 PM.
