The tournament will follow a Stroke Play format for both Men and Women, with multi-divisions using the System 36 handicap. The day begins with a shotgun tee-off at 12:30 PM, with participation priced at IDR 2,100,000 per person for New Kuta Golf members and IDR 2,600,000 per person for non-members.

Beyond the tournament, the program will include curated fundraising initiatives such as live and online auctions, inviting a wider circle of supporters to contribute to the cause. The Online Auction will be open from 20 June to 31 July 2026, featuring exclusive stays at Marriott International properties across the Asia Pacific region, allowing supporters worldwide to take part even if they are unable to attend in person.

The day will conclude with a Gala Awards Dinner at the Uluwatu Ballroom, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, beginning at 6:00 PM. Priced at IDR 850,000 per person, the evening will feature live auctions, lucky draw prizes, live entertainment, and a DJ performance, creating a celebratory close to a day dedicated to giving back.
