Company executives, resort teams, and international VIPs gathered to recognize performance and long service across the region.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the evening featured 22 regional awards honoring achievements across the company’s business units. Long Service Awards also recognized employees reaching 10, 20, and 30 years with Karma Group, acknowledging the contribution of team members who have spent much of their careers with the company.

Founded by British entrepreneur John Spence, Karma Group operates luxury resorts, private residences, dining venues, and wellness spas across Asia, Europe, and Africa. Its Southeast Asian operations employ more than 1,150 people across 11 resorts, sales and marketing hubs in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and a central administration office in Bali.

The regional portfolio includes Karma Kandara, Karma Jimbaran, Karma Royal Sanur, Karma Royal Jimbaran, and Karma Royal Candidasa in Indonesia, alongside properties in Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

The annual gathering gave teams from across Southeast Asia an opportunity to celebrate the year’s achievements and acknowledge the employees supporting the company’s operations and growth in the region.
