AMICI Bali Brings a Taste of the Riviera to SKAI Bar & Grill
For one night only, SKAI Bar & Grill and AMICI Bali come together in Legian for an endless-flow dining experience inspired by Italian craft, Mediterranean warmth, and the joy of sharing the table.
There is something timeless about a table made for sharing. Plates move from one hand to another, glasses are raised between conversations, and the evening slowly becomes less about dining and more about connection. This spirit sets the tone for Taste of the Riviera, a one-night culinary collaboration between SKAI Bar & Grill and AMICI Bali.
Taking place on Saturday, 25 July 2026, from 6 PM to 10 PM, the evening brings together Chef Alessandro D’Amico, Head Chef of AMICI Bali, and Chef Samuel Barus, Chef de Cuisine of SKAI Bar & Grill. Together, they present an endless-flow à la carte dining experience shaped by Italian and Mediterranean traditions, where food is meant to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered together.
Chef Alessandro carries the modern Italian character of AMICI Bali into the collaboration. Building upon the culinary vision of Chef Enrico Bartolini, one of the most decorated Italian chefs in contemporary gastronomy, he brings a refined approach to familiar Italian flavours. Through handcrafted dishes and contemporary execution, his menu speaks to the comfort of Italian dining while giving each plate a polished sense of occasion.
Alongside him, Chef Samuel brings SKAI Bar & Grill’s signature Mediterranean wood-fire cooking to the table. Known for its relaxed beachfront energy, SKAI becomes the setting where the richness of Italian cuisine meets the vibrant, fire-led flavours of the Mediterranean. The result is a dining journey that feels generous, expressive, and made for a long evening by the sea.
The menu highlights this meeting of styles through dishes such as Wagyu Tajima Bresaola, Homemade Ravioli with Wagyu Tokusen Oxtail Ragout, and Prawn Umami. Seasonal sides including Grilled Wild Mushroom and Smoked Leek bring depth to the table, while handcrafted desserts by Chef Alessandro close the evening with classic Italian inspiration reimagined through a modern lens.
The experience is further complemented by Italian-inspired cocktails and a curated wine selection, each chosen to match the rhythm of the evening. As DJ and saxophone performances unfold, Taste of the Riviera invites guests to settle into SKAI’s beachfront atmosphere, savour each course, and enjoy the easy pleasure of good food, good drinks, and good company.
