At Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, that idea is taking center stage as two of its leaders are named finalists at the Stelliers Asia 2026 Awards, a regional recognition program celebrating hospitality professionals across a wide range of disciplines.

Jean-Pierre Joncas, General Manager of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, has been selected as a finalist in the General Manager category, while Aulianty Fellina Rizal, known as Olie, Senior Director of Marketing Communications & PR, is a finalist in the Marketing Communications category.

Her work across hotels, brands, campaigns and storytelling has been shaped by the belief that communication is ultimately about connection: between a brand and its guests, and between a destination and the people who experience it.

The Marketing Communications finalist recognition also reflects the role storytelling plays in hospitality, extending beyond campaigns to how a resort communicates its identity, culture and sense of place.
