The culinary program moves beyond conventional beach club fare with a more chef-driven approach to coastal flavors. Highlights include the Lobster Roll with spring onion and ikura, and Catch of the Day Sashimi served with ponzu, chili oil, and lime. Alunê also offers a collection of naturally colored Signature Frozen Bowls, including Blue Tide, Golden Hour, Green Garden, Purple Power, and Ruby Bloom, each built around ingredients selected for hydration, strength, focus, energy, or glow.

As afternoon turns to dusk, Alunê shifts into its signature Sunset Ritual, pairing twilight cocktails with live sound against Seminyak’s golden hour. The beverage menu is led by the Ivory Tide, made with vodka, almond milk cordial, orgeat, elderflower, and cream, alongside the Solaris Spritz and Soft Current. A separate line of six wellness-focused mocktails — Calm, Balance, Vitality, Ease, Immunity, and Glow — incorporates ingredients such as pandan, chamomile, galangal, and holy basil.

Across the venue, guests can choose between open social areas near the water and more private settings. Among Alunê’s most distinctive features are private pool cabanas with individual jacuzzis and unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean, adding a more secluded option within the beachfront experience.

Alunê launches alongside Club Lacoste, W Bali – Seminyak’s new wellness and social concept centered on premium padel. Together, the two experiences extend the resort’s day-to-night offering, allowing guests to move from a padel session in the afternoon to dining and sunset cocktails by the beach.
