Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort has introduced a new setting for leisurely afternoons and easy-going evenings with the opening of Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar. Located beside the resort’s signature all-day dining restaurant, the newly transformed open-air bar brings a relaxed new rhythm to Nusa Dua, framed by tropical greenery and designed for everything from a late-afternoon drink to a pre-dinner aperitivo.

The terrace officially makes its debut during Negroni Week, taking place from 21 to 27 September 2026 in partnership with Campari. The opening pairs the laid-back pace of Bali with one of the world’s most recognisable aperitivo traditions, giving guests a new reason to settle in and stay a little longer.

A Terrace for Bali’s In-Between Hours

Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar has been refreshed in a warm, earthy palette of terracotta and cream, creating an understated setting that transitions naturally from daylight into the evening. Surrounded by the resort’s tropical landscape, the terrace feels relaxed without losing its sense of polish, with greenery wrapping the space and the occasional appearance of the resort’s resident squirrels adding to its easy charm.

Open daily from 11 AM to 11 PM, the bar follows the pace of the day rather than a single occasion. Guests can stop by for a leisurely afternoon drink, an aperitivo before dinner, or late-evening conversation. Happy Hour is available twice daily, from 3 PM to 6 PM and again from 9 PM to 11 PM.

Four Takes on the Negroni

To mark the opening, the bar joins the global Negroni Week celebration with four expressions of the classic. Three original creations—Flora Salina, Spiced Sonata, and Counterpoint—bring their own character to the familiar combination of Campari and vermouth, while the Original Negroni keeps the line-up grounded in tradition.

Each cocktail is priced at IDR 160,000++ per glass, inviting guests to explore the different sides of a drink that has remained a fixture of aperitivo culture for generations.

More than a one-week activation, the launch positions Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar as a new all-day social address within Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort: a place built around unhurried drinks, tropical surroundings, and the simple pleasure of having nowhere else to be.
