Set within the resort’s Bamboo Nest, a sculptural bamboo cocoon overlooking the lush river valley, the experience combines a secluded setting with warm Balinese hospitality and a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner. As daylight fades, soft lighting and the natural sounds of the surrounding landscape create an atmosphere that feels both peaceful and deeply personal.

Guests can select from three distinctive menus, each offering a different culinary journey.

The Plant-Based Menu highlights fresh seasonal produce through vibrant and carefully balanced flavours. The Western Cuisine Menu features premium selections including Tasmanian salmon, Angus beef tenderloin and grilled rock lobster. Meanwhile, the Local Cuisine Menu celebrates Indonesian favourites such as grilled tiger prawns, beef cheek rendang and Balinese-style tuna pepes.

Each menu concludes with a specially prepared dessert, completing an evening shaped around both flavour and setting.
