Beautifully presented on a bespoke serving tray shaped like the island of Bali, the afternoon tea invites guests to explore the destination through ten handcrafted sweet and savoury creations, each inspired by different regions across the Island of the Gods. More than simply an indulgent dining experience, the collection celebrates Bali’s local ingredients, culinary heritage, and timeless stories in a contemporary presentation.
Among the signature sweets is the Bedugul Strawberry Delight, paying tribute to the cool mountain region famous for its vibrant strawberry harvests, while the elegant Piña Colada Mille-Feuille combines delicate layers of crisp pastry with locally sourced pineapple cream, showcasing the island’s tropical abundance.
The savoury selection continues the journey with dishes rooted in authentic Balinese flavours. Fresh Denpasar Snapper Satay, infused with traditional spices and complemented by vibrant sambal matah, reflects the coastal character of southern Bali. Meanwhile, the Gianyar Chicken Quiche offers a modern interpretation of local cuisine, combining aromatic Balinese spice paste and cassava leaves with classic French pastry techniques.
