Padma Resort Ubud introduces An Evening of Fire & Flavour, a weekly dining experience that combines Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with live entertainment in the tranquil highlands of Payangan.
Hosted at The Pool Café & Bar every Thursday and Sunday at 7:00 PM, the evening centres on the art of open-fire cooking. Guests can enjoy bold, seasonal flavours in an open-air setting surrounded by the resort’s lush landscape.
The experience is accompanied by a dramatic Fire Dance Show, where skilled performers bring Bali’s artistic traditions to life through expressive choreography and striking displays of fire. Set against the peaceful surroundings of the resort, the performance adds a sense of theatre and energy to the evening.
The culinary offering draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, with a menu built around fresh ingredients and flame-led techniques. Signature dishes include flame-grilled octopus, where smoky char is balanced by bright citrus notes, alongside seafood paella, beef espetada and chicken kebab.
Each dish reflects the warmth and generosity of Mediterranean dining, presented with refined craftsmanship and designed for sharing over a relaxed evening.
