In celebration of Global Wellness Day 2026, Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali invites guests to experience Golden Hour Flow, an outdoor wellness gathering taking place on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at the resort’s iconic Baruna Lawn Garden. Designed as an afternoon where movement meets matcha, the event brings together a Pilates Mat session by Club Routine and a ceremonial matcha ritual by Sip Club Matcha, all set against the backdrop of a Bali sunset.
More than a fitness class, Golden Hour Flow is created as a complete wellness experience. It reflects the spirit of Global Wellness Day, a global reminder to live well and live better, while bringing that intention into one of South Bali’s most scenic beachfront settings.
The afternoon begins with a 60-minute all-levels Pilates Mat class led by certified instructors from Club Routine, a Bali-based studio known for its strength-focused and community-driven approach to movement. The session is designed to welcome everyone, from first-time participants to those who practice regularly, creating a space that feels both energizing and accessible.
After movement comes stillness. The experience continues with a ceremonial matcha ritual by Sip Club Matcha, with each drink freshly prepared on-bottle as the sky over Kuta slowly turns from blue to gold. The transition from mat to matcha, from effort to ease, becomes part of the experience itself, inviting participants to slow down and enjoy the moment fully.
Each participant will receive a ceremonial-grade matcha bottle prepared on the day, along with a curated goodie bag from Wardah, Dove, Rexona, and Close Up. The experience also includes a complimentary dental check-up and vouchers from BIA Dental Center, vouchers from Bali Aesthetic Center, and a special door prize. Capacity is limited to 100 guests, allowing the event to maintain an intimate and comfortable atmosphere.
The setting plays an essential role in the experience. Baruna Lawn Garden is one of Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali’s most defining spaces, a sweeping beachfront lawn framed by tropical greenery and open to the ocean breeze. Known as one of South Bali’s memorable outdoor venues, the space brings a natural sense of calm and beauty to Golden Hour Flow.
