The name carries the heart of the concept. “La” means “The,” while “Mewali,” derived from the Balinese word for “return,” reflects a journey back to balance, stillness, and self. This philosophy shapes the entire resort, from its flowing lagoon system and cave inspired interiors to its sculptural forms, tactile materials, and quiet rituals that invite guests to slow down and reconnect.

The One Bedroom Pool Villa with Lagoon Access features a sculptural terracotta form inspired by Pocahan Padi, with cave inspired interiors, a private plunge pool, direct lagoon access, a hammock, and an in room projector. The Suite Lagoon and Grand Suite Lagoon continue the connection to water, offering direct access to the resort’s flowing lagoon pool, warm interiors, outdoor or in room bathing features, and a relaxed sense of tropical ease.

As evening arrives, Puri Pure reimagines modern Indonesian cuisine with a warm, intimate dining atmosphere where local flavors are elevated through contemporary technique and thoughtful presentation.

Svaha Spa at La Mewali introduces a restorative experience inspired by Nekara sound healing, adding a sensory layer to the resort’s wellness philosophy.
