The project will feature four architecturally distinct buildings inspired by Water, Fire, Air, and Earth, giving the property a strong design identity rooted in elemental expression. According to Jihong An, Senior Vice President Asia of SONO Hotels & Resorts Asia, the expansion is grounded in long term fundamentals and strong destination potential. He noted that Canggu represents one of the region’s most compelling lifestyle markets, with the hotel designed to align product, location, and partner vision for sustainable performance.

Ahti Khiili, President Director of PT Nelayan Development SPV, also highlighted Canggu’s continued rise as one of Bali’s most desirable destinations, noting that SONO Hotels & Resorts Asia brings the right expertise to translate the location into a distinctive hospitality concept.

With its strategic location, lifestyle driven concept, and clear positioning, SONO Felice Bali Canggu is set to become a notable addition to Bali’s upper upscale hospitality landscape when it opens in July 2028.
