Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort invites guests to elevate their Sunday ritual with the launch of Impossible Sunday Brunch at Botol Biru Grill, an all you can eat seaside dining experience set against the resort’s sweeping views of Uluwatu’s cliffs and the Indian Ocean.
Held every Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, the brunch brings together bold flavours, refined technique, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere designed for lingering afternoons with friends, family, or fellow food lovers.
The menu celebrates a generous spread of globally inspired and locally rooted creations, with highlights including Tuna Tataki with Sambal Matah, Lemongrass Chicken Skewers, Smokey Pineapple Oyster, Grilled Barramundi, Beef Rendang Ravioli, Aburi Salmon Roll, and Dragon Roll. A selection of desserts completes the experience, offering a sweet finish to a leisurely Sunday by the sea.
Priced at IDR 777,000++ per person, Impossible Sunday Brunch also includes complimentary access to the resort’s infinity pool and pool amenities, allowing guests to extend the afternoon into a seamless day of dining, relaxation, and oceanfront indulgence.
