WAATU and Sundays Beach Club Mark Negroni Week with Bali Inspired Cocktails

The Ungasan Clifftop Resort’s two venues explored the island’s flavors through a four-part cocktail menu and beachfront Negroni creations.

WAATU and Sundays Beach Club at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort joined Negroni Week 2026 from September 21 to 27 with distinct cocktail menus. At WAATU, “One Island. Four Directions. One Negroni” drew inspiration from the landscapes and ingredients of Bali’s west, north, east, and south. Sundays Beach Club served three Negroni variations by the beach.

WAATU’s western cocktail, Pancasari Oaxacan, combined mezcal, Campari, strawberry and raspberry cordial, and kaffir lime tonic. For the north, Alphonse Lavallee Cardinal brought together gin, Campari, house-made Alphonse Lavallee verjuice, and black grapes.

The eastern Giri Yava Rosita paired tequila and Campari with brem-infused cashew and rose, finished with a rosella bubble. Selatan Jungle Bird represented the south with Nusa Caña Coconut Rum, Campari, clarified pineapple, almond, and dehydrated orange.

At Sundays Beach Club, the menu featured Guavaribaldi with Campari, gin, and guava water; a classic Negroni with Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth; and Sunset Prope with Campari, rum, Amaretto probiotic, silky foam, and citrus. The beach club listed its Negroni creations from IDR 200,000++.

The programming formed part of Negroni Week, the global initiative associated with Campari and Imbibe. The Ungasan Clifftop Resort, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is also home to multi-bedroom pool villas, WAATU, and Sundays Beach Club.
